What's in store for yet another busy week of TY....

TY is such a busy year... no exaggeration. We've been asked by Mrs.L to write a blog about basically what we're up to during the next week.

• The Fun Walk - that one day a year where we walk around Celbridge dressed up as different things, raising money for charity. We have to perform a dance as class Banba. We're doing Bob the Builder, real mature.. I love it though.
• Geography - i must work on my ' round the world trip' geography project which i am doing with Helen. I must do research on the project and write some of it up and print pictures.
• Home Ec. -  In Home Ec. we are designing a dress from the 1700's. By next week we should have the whole thing put together,using bed sheets, jeans etc.
• Mini.Co. Workshop - Next Wednesday we are going on a trip to Newbridge for the Mini.Co. workshop. We have our idea ready which is a good start. Hopefully by the end of Wednesday we should have alot more imformation about what we plan to do.
• English Drama - In English class, we've been split into two groups of thirteen to write a play and perform it in a National Competition in Mullingar. We are basing our play on the tragic story of Phoebe Prince, who took her own life to bullying. It will hopefully give people a moving image of how serious bullying is.
